How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2–3 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and how well you follow aftercare. To keep your lashes looking full and fresh, infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. When correctly applied and properly cared for, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes.
To maintain lash health, avoid pulling, rubbing, or picking at your extensions, as this can cause unnecessary stress to your natural lashes.
Do you work on lash sets done by another lash technician?
Yes, I do work on lash sets completed by another lash technician.
Before booking, please send me a private message with a clear photo of your current lash set. This allows me to assess whether your lashes are suitable for an infill or whether a removal and new full set would be recommended.
Can I get my lash extensions wet?
Yes, you can. However, for the best retention, it is recommended to avoid water, steam, saunas, swimming, and excessive moisture for at least the first 24 hours after your appointment. This allows the adhesive to fully cure and helps maximise the longevity of your lash extensions.
What if I experience issues after my lash appointment?
Any issues must be reported within 5 days of your appointment in order for them to be assessed and rectified where appropriate.
Any concerns raised after this timeframe will not be eligible for correction, as it falls outside of the aftercare and adjustment period.
