Our ⁠Policies

Thank you for choosing Beyiró Studio. Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you agree to all terms and conditions below.

Late Policy & Cancellations

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, you must notify me via DM as soon as possible.

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed; however, you must be within the property within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
  • Arrivals 15+ minutes late will incur a £15 late fee.
  • Arrivals 20+ minutes late will incur a £20 late fee.
  • If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be required to book a new appointment with a new non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Emergency & Premium Appointments

Emergency and premium appointments are available for an additional £20. This includes:

  • Sunday appointments
  • Earlier-than-normal appointments
  • Later-than-normal appointments

Availability is limited.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.

Patch Testing

All new clients are required to have a patch test 24–48 hours before their appointment.

If you choose to book without completing a patch test, you acknowledge that you have declined it and Beyiró Studio accepts no responsibility for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.

Infills

  • Infills require at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.
  • Anything less than 40% will be treated and charged as a full set.
  • Infills should be booked every 2–3 weeks after your full set for the best results.

Appointment Preparation

To achieve the best possible retention and results, please:

  • Arrive with no eye makeup.
  • Ensure your lashes are completely free from mascara, lash glue, and oils.
  • Please arrive with clean lashes.

I do not work on damaged natural lashes — the health of your natural lashes always comes first.

Payment

  • A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash.
  • Bank transfers are accepted at your appointment.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Beyiró Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
